Who you are dealing with
Enkronk is a service from ThnkTech. These terms are the agreement between you and ThnkTech when you use the Enkronk website or the Enkronk mobile app, and you can reach us at hello@thnktech.dk.
How we handle your information is described in the privacy policy, which is part of this agreement.
The service
Enkronk takes the practical side of getting together off one person's shoulders: groups, gatherings, plans, invitations, scores and the record of how it went.
Enkronk is free to use. We do not currently take payment for anything; if we ever introduce paid features, the price and the terms will be shown to you before you buy, and nothing you already have will be taken away without notice.
We keep improving the service, which means features can change, move or be retired. We will not deliberately break the record of what your groups have done.
Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old.
- The details you sign up with must be yours and correct.
- Your login is personal — keep it to yourself. What happens through your account is your responsibility until you tell us it has been compromised.
- You can delete your account at any time from settings, or by writing to us. Deletion is handled as the privacy policy describes.
Your content
What you post — words, pictures, scores, plans — stays yours. You give us permission to store it and show it to the audience you chose for it: a private gathering stays private, a group post stays in the group, a public page is public. We need that permission to run the service, and for nothing else.
You must have the right to post what you post. If content breaks these terms or the law, we can remove it, and will tell you when we do unless the law says otherwise.
What is not allowed
- Anything unlawful, or content that harasses, threatens or deceives.
- Impersonating someone, or claiming a business page that is not yours to claim.
- Posting other people's personal information without their consent.
- Breaking in, scraping members' data, or deliberately overloading the service.
- Selling or renting access to your account.
Gatherings
Enkronk arranges the getting-together; the gathering itself is between the people in it. Organisers are responsible for what they arrange, and everyone attends at their own judgement. We are not a party to your plans, and an RSVP on Enkronk is a promise to the group, not a contract with us.
Our responsibility
We run the service with care, but it is provided as it is: we cannot promise it is always available or free of faults. To the extent Danish law allows, we are not liable for content posted by members, for what happens at gatherings, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Ending the agreement
You can end it at any time by deleting your account. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms — with warning where that is reasonable, and without where it is not (for example, danger to other members). Your data is then handled as the privacy policy describes.
Changes and disputes
We can update these terms as the service evolves. Meaningful changes will be announced on the site before they apply; continuing to use Enkronk after that means you accept them. The current version always lives at this address.
These terms are governed by Danish law, and disputes belong to the Danish courts. If you are a consumer in another EU country, you keep the protections that its law does not let you sign away.
