Email hello@thnktech.dk with anything at all — a question, something that is not working, or a request about your data. We answer within five working days, and usually sooner.

You do not need to write to us to report a message or a photo. Press and hold it in the app and choose Report — it goes straight to us, nothing is hidden by reporting, and the person is not told who reported them.

You can also block somebody from the same menu. Blocking is immediate, it is private, and it does not wait for us: neither of you sees the other afterwards.

You can close your account yourself, in the app under Profile → Settings, or on the web under Settings. It is closed after 30 days and you can cancel until then.
